Club Figure Skating
The University of Delaware Collegiate Figure Skating Team is a club sports team. We have represented UD at every Intercollegiate National Figure Skating Championship since its inception in 2000 and have never placed below 3rd. Our skaters are full time UD students who come from across the country and skate at every level in both singles and solo dance. The team is currently coached by Joel McKeever and Alexandr Kirsanov.
Requirements
- Every member must pay quarterly dues and come to team practices
- Every skater must have their own skates and, if they wish to compete, their own music, programs and costumes
Practice Information
- Team practices are every Thursday morning from 6:30-7:40am in the Fred Rust Ice Arena on South Campus, anyone interested in joining the team is encouraged to come!
