New to Hybrid? No problem! All exercises and workouts can be modified to accommodate varying experience levels. Email coachjj@udel.edu for more information.
PRICES: We have a new pricing structure which is automatic monthly reoccurring. Once you purchase, your card will be automatically billed the first of each month until you cancel. To cancel email recreation@udel.edu.
- Student: $55 per month

MEET THE COACHING TEAM

HEAD COACH: JESSE JUDY
Jesse brings over 15 years of experience as a strength and conditioning coach at the collegiate level to the UD Hybrid program as head coach. He is a nationally certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, certified club coach with USA Weightlifting and CrossFit Level 1 trainer.
Jesse graduated from the University of Delaware with a degree in Exercise Science and concentration in Strength and Conditioning. He then went on to earn his masters degree in Sports Medicine from the University of Oregon. Jesse and his wife, Senior Associate Athletic Director for the Blue Hens Jenn Judy, have two children, Katelyn and Jackson.

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
- WOD - (Workout of the Day) Hen House Hybrid classes focus on functional movements, varied workouts, and a supportive community that pushes you to get stronger, move better, and stay consistent. Whether you're brand new or a seasoned athlete, Hen House Hybrid helps you build physical and mental resilience - one workout at a time.
- OPEN GYM - Dedicated time for All Access Members to work on skills, lifts, conditioning, mobility, and more. Members have access to all equipment, including barbells, dumbells, racks, rowers, bikes, and ski ergs. While no formal workout or group instruction is provided, a coach will be on-site for safety oversight and to answer questions or offer brief form feedback.
- FREE Saturday WOD: This class is open to anyone who wants to give Hybrid a try! The workouts will involve less complicated movements that can be scaled to accommodate participants of all fitness levels. Register in advance.

CANCELATION POLICY
If you find that you are no longer able to take a class, you may cancel your reserved spot 24 hours before the start of class and up to one minute before the class start time. Please cancel your reservation if you cannot attend so your spot can be opened for another participant. There are NO REFUNDS for canceled or missed classes.
For single class passes, you may cancel your spot if you can no longer attend, but a refund will not be issued.
How to Cancel Your Reservation:
- Click on your user name at the top right of the page
- Click "Profile" from the dropdown
- Click "Programs" from the list on the left of the page
- Click "Cancel" for the class reservation you no longer want to attend
