Exercise Is Medicine On Campus (EIM-OC) at the University of Delaware is a free program that helps students become more physically active in a supportive, personalized way. Whether you’re just getting started, returning after a break, or looking for structure and accountability, our team is here to help you build a routine that works for you.
How EIM Supports You
Students who enroll receive:
Individual Activity Planning Session
Meet 1:1 with a trained EIM health coach to discuss your goals, create a realistic activity plan, and identify resources that support your success. Sessions are available in person or virtual.
Ongoing Coaching & Accountability
Optional bi-weekly check-ins with your EIM coach to help you stay consistent, overcome barriers, and progress safely.
Guided Learning & Resources
Access to our EIM Canvas course with beginner-friendly guidance on how to structure workouts, progress safely, and use campus fitness resources. You’ll also find recommended programs, tools, and a free fitness app.
Supportive Programs & Events
Opportunities to participate in beginner programs, equipment orientations, walking groups, and wellness events throughout the semester.
