FITNESS ASSESSMENT

A personal trainer will establish baseline measurements such as blood pressure, resting heart rate, height and weight, and girth measurements.  The InBody will be used to determine body composition.  It's a non-invasive and quick way to measure body fat, water and lean mass.  The trainer will review your results and provide printed copies for you. $35 student / $40 staff.
