Take your group fitness experience to the next level and train with Strength Development.  If you're ready to embark on a journey to gain strength, improve your well-being, and be part of a supportive & helalthy community, this program is for you.  This challenge is designed to help you transform your body, mind, and lifestyle by focusing on gaining strength and optimizing your well-being.  Over the course of 12 weeks, you will have the opportunity to participate in the 12 week Strength Development Group Fitness Class, receive valuable education in an exclusive canvas course, and track your progress along the way with our InBody Assessment.
