Equipment Rental Policies

Renting Equipment

You may reserve your equipment as early as one month prior, but no later than three (3) business days in advance. Please check the availability of equipment at the CSB Equipment Desk.

You will be asked to fill out a reservation form at the CSB Equipment Desk.

General Policies

• You must reserve your equipment a minimum of three (3) business days in advance
• Only UD students and employees may rent this equipment
• Reservations may be made up to one month in advance but no later than three days in advance
• Fines will be assessed for late returns, dirty, missing, or damaged equipment
• Equipment must be returned on the agreed upon return date, to the CSB equipment desk. All equipment must be dry and free of dirt, grime, etc. Tents should be shaken out and dried if possible
