2016 (REDSHIRT FRESHMAN): Appeared in 21 games as a rookie, including eight starts at catcher... hit .143 (5-for-35) with nine runs, two doubles, one RBI and seven walks... logged first career hit in the second game of the season, going 1-for-1 with one double and one RBI against Hofstra (2/20)... scored a run in four consecutive appearances between Feb. 23 and March 5... made first SEC start at South Carolina (5/15)... appeared in six SEC games, including two starts, going 0-for-9 at the plate with one walk and one run... drew a walk and scored a run in an NCAA Regional win against Wake Forest (6/4)... played for the Morehead City Marlins of the Coastal Plains League... started 18 games, hitting .259 (15-for-58) with seven runs, one double, two home runs and six RBI... threw out 10 of 25 base stealers over the summer.
 
2015 (FRESHMAN): Did not see action, redshirting his freshman season... played for the Wilson Tobs of the Coastal Plains League... appeared in 32 games for the Tobs, batting .165 with 12 runs, seven doubles, two home runs and 13 RBI.
 
AT DEER PARK HIGH SCHOOL: Received Perfect Game Texas All-Region First Team honors in 2014... named Perfect Game Preseason Underclassmen All-American First Team in 2013... tabbed Perfect Game Preseason High School Underclassman All-America Honorable Mention in 2012... named to the Texas Rangers Area Code Team in 2012, one of only two rising juniors on the squad... hit .390 as a sophomore and was named to the 22-5A All-District Second Team... earned District 22-5A Co-Newcomer of the Year honors from the Houston Chronicle as a freshman... played for the USA Baseball 14U squad in 2009... two-year letterwinner in football as a quarterback and strong safety... earned All-District 22-5A First Team honors as a kick returner during his sophomore campaign.
 
PERSONAL: Born Thomas Cole Bedford on January, 30, 1996 in Deer Park, Texas... son of Chris and Kristy Bedford... has two brothers, Drew, 15, and Garrett, 13... majoring in business administration... hopes to start his own business one day... enjoys hunting and fishing.
