AT MIDLAND LEE HIGH SCHOOL: Four-year letterwinner for Brian Roper at Midland Lee High School... named District 3-6A Offensive MVP and District 3-6A First Team as a senior in 2016... led Rebels to the regional final in 2016... led District 3-6A in batting as a junior, garnering all-district first team in 2015... earned Perfect Game Underclassman Preseason All-America First Team in 2015 and Honorable Mention in 2014... tabbed All-District 2-5A First Team by the Midland Reporter-Telegram and Amarillo Globe-News in 2014.
